This newly added 3D automated scanner is an excellent addition to our shop. It also compliments the current handheld 3D scanner we have. The maximum scan able area for this machine is a 10" diameter by 10" high.

This new added SLA 3D printer is an excellent addition to our shop. It allows us to create highly accurate 3D printed prototype parts with extreme detail in a variety of materials.

This new added prototyping finishing service is for steel metal prototypes. The plating service is for Copper, Zinc Plating and Nickel Plating. The anodizing service is for Aluminum metal prototype parts, and we can provide clear, black, yellow, red and blue color finish. We can also provide cold black oxide finishing.

This newly added large format FDM 3D printer is an excellent addition to our shop. It allows us to create large highly accurate 3D printed prototype parts in a variety of materials.

Our newly added 40 watt laser cutter and engraver can create plastic parts, rubber gaskets and stamps, fabric cutouts, cut circuit boards and a multitude of engraved and etched components.

This newly added 20' x 22" CNC plasma cutter will cut steel or aluminum from 22 GA sheet metal to 3/8" thickness material. It can create very accurate metal prototype parts.

Newly added filament materials allow us to create accurate metal prototype parts in stainless steel.

HEDC opened a new sourcing and Quality Control office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in October 2022. Hank our new Vietnam on-site QC manager and Vietnamese business partner will be managing all our projects in Vietnam. We will be traveling to our office there 2 to 3 times a year.

This newly added industrial large format SLA resin 3D printer is a high resolution 8K machine. It can create very accurate and highly detailed 3D-printed plastic prototype parts. This machine has broadened our ability to meet many new product development project requirements.

We visited our Shanghai Office on this visit and also visited 14 factories in total in Shanghai, Suzhou and Ningbo,. We went to several new factories and our existing manufactures to check on current production orders.
We visited our Shanghai Office on this visit and also visited 22 factories in total in Ningbo, Suzhou, Jinhu, Yiwu and Hangzhou. We went to 11 new factories and 11 of our existing manufactures to check on current production orders.
We visited our Shanghai Office on this visit and also visited 18 factories in total in Ningbo, Suzhou, Beijing, and Yiwu. We went to 7 new factories and 11 of our existing manufactures to check on current production orders.
We visited our Shanghai Office on this visit and also visited 17 factories in total in Ningbo, Suzhou, Jinhu, Yiwu and Hangzhou. We went to 6 new factories and 11 of our existing manufactures to check on current production orders. We also visited Japan for a day to meet with a client.
We visited Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam and opened our new Office there and visited 25 factories on this trip. I also went to a factory city in Chu Lai, the factory was 35 buildings and had over 200 million sq/ft of factory floor space with an additional 90 million being planned. We sourced out 15 new products for manufacturing on this trip .
After 3 years of Covid travel restrictions now lifted, We have just traveled and visited our Shanghai Office in China. On this trip, we also visited 14 factories in Ningbo, Wuxi, Yiwu, and Suzhou. While in Suzhou we attended a sourcing expo with about 350 Chinese factories attending. The expo was great and it allowed us to expand our factory resources. We then flew to our new office in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam for 10 days to visit more factories in Vietnam. This trip was to check on existing orders and source new products. This trip was a return to normal business and it was very successful.
On this trip to China, we visited 10 factories in Ningbo, Beijing, Hangzhou, and Suzhou to check on existing orders and source new production. We then flew to our office in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam for 10 days to visit 4 factories. While in Vietnam we attended a sourcing expo with both Chinese and Vietnamese factories attending. The expo was great and it also allowed us to expand our factory resources. This trip was to check on existing orders and source out new production and it was a very successful.
We are tentatively planning our next trip to China and Vietnam for April 2024. We bring a limited number of projects per trip. If you are interested in having us outsource your production, please feel free to contact us.
We also have our staff located in China and Vietnam conducting regular factory visits for both our existing work and new projects. The timing of these visits may also depend on if there are any current local travel restrictions.
We are tentatively planning an exploratory trip to India in January 2024 to look at possible factory resource expansion and production opportunities in that country.
We have also been following the current oversea shipping prices for 40ft containers to the west and east coast of the USA. They have stabilized and are back to pre-covid pricing. (May 2023)
